Areas To Service: Lobbies & Hallways (All Common Areas), Offices, Conference Rooms, Waiting Rooms, Examination Rooms, Nurse Stations, Treatment / Procedure Rooms, Kitchenette & Break Rooms, Restrooms, Stairwells and Elevators

Below is a listing of the services performed by area as well as the specified frequency.

Service Period and Estimated Daily Time Schedule

  • Medical Facilities – Monday through Sunday (7 Days a Week) – Heavy traffic areas as well as all common area floors
  • General Office – Monday through Friday (5 Days a Week) – Offices, Conference Rooms, Private and Common Restrooms as well as all Common Area Floors
  • Exception Dates: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th , Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Cleaning on these days can be arranged with prior notification.
  • Services will generally be performed evenings after 8:00 p.m. Daily.
  • General common area maintenance, clean-up and restocking may need to occur throughout the day. Should this cleaning and restocking be needed, as well as additional bathroom/patient areas require daily servicing (work during the day), this can be done as an added service.
  • Restocking of materials such as paper supplies, soaps, hospital grade disinfectants, etc. will be provided based on usage
  • The cleaners will have key access to the building.
